Disco fever!!

In week five Winton school will be having a school disco! Years 0-3 are at 5:30 until 7:00, and years 4-8 are at 7:30 until 9:00. The theme is the wild/cavemen and other wild things, so get creative and get a costume ready for the school disco in week five!!

Wacky Wednesday

In a few weeks time Winton School will be having a wacky Wednesday, you are supposed to wear funny clothes and have a funny hair do. There are prizes for the funniest hair and clothes. So boys and girls get creative, and try and win that prize!!

Lip- sinking contest

In a few weeks for all the talented people out there, there will be a lip-sinking contest!! From each house, in each age group, a team or two will compete against each other. You are allowed to choose any song you like but it has to be appropriate for any age of kids. Your team has to be in your house group though, so if your friends are in a different house then you can not go together. Good luck any lip-sinkers and try and win!

Cross Country training

For the past week all the classes in the school have been training for cross country, on the 23rd of May all of the classes will be competing in their group age to try and win- and have fun. The first six people across the finish line will be going up to Central, which is another cross country in a different place, against different people. So good luck everyone!

New Class Room 12!

On Monday at the start of week one, the new classes were opened Rooms 12 and 13! We were all very excited about our new classes with all our new furniture and everything. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony, and the room 12 and 13 council got to cut  the ribbon!! We all love our new classes and are enjoying very much.
